How firm are these prices?

The discovery is fixed price. Build engagements have a fixed quote per scope — we don't move on you mid-project. Partnership rates are rolling and adjustable monthly.

Can I start small?

Yes. Most engagements start with a discovery (€5–15K) so we can both see what we're actually getting into before signing up to a build.

Do you take equity?

In partnership engagements with a strong product thesis, sometimes. We discuss it case by case — never as a replacement for being paid for work delivered.

What's included in "production"?

Deployed, monitored, with documentation, hand-off training, and a defined support window. Not a demo on a developer laptop.
